Halo Community Director - Brian Jarrard - also took to Twitter a few minutes ago to post a quick update regarding the situation. The site has begun loading, however, it’s extremely slow and almost unusable due to the delayed response. Moreover, Halo support confirmed the same with a tweet roughly an hour ago.
It was clear from the start that the heavy traffic is a result of the services not being accessible.
